About Us

Who is Rise Alone Therapy?

Rise Alone Therapy was established with the purpose of providing professional clinical therapy to military spouses and their families. Our licensed clinical therapists are, themselves, part of military families or trained by our lead military therapist, giving them a personal understanding of the struggles you face every day.

We are passionate about providing support for active-duty military families and veterans who may be afraid to ask for help. You’re going through enough already without needing to jump through hoops to find the professional therapeutic help you need. We have made it our goal to remove as many obstacles as possible as you care for your mental health

At Rise Alone Therapy, we understand not just the struggles and anxieties of military family life, but also the stigmas that face those who seek mental health services and treatments. Our desire is to be a place of refuge where you can safely and confidently seek treatment.

Rise Alone Therapy is not affiliated with the DOD, and as such, we are not mandated to report any personal, medical or mental health history to any command.

Your treatment is confidential, and
we are here to help.

What Sets Us Apart?

Rise Alone Therapy was founded by military families who have experienced first-hand the demands of military life, including separations, temporary duty assignments (TDY), deployments, frequent moves, fear of the unknown, reintegration, and stress.

We all face unique circumstances. No family, deployment, or season of waiting is quite like any other, but we believe in the resilience and strength of our community. We believe that when we reach out to others like us and share our fears and hardships, we will find the strength to make it through the uncertainty of military life one day at a time.

The first step is realizing you need someone to talk to. The next step is to reach out. Contact us to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation so we can get to know one another. This will give us a chance to figure out where you’re at and what you need.

We look forward to meeting you.
